  After playing with both Premiere Pro and  InDesign , I have made the conclusion that I believe that I will have an easier time using InDesign  than Premiere Pro; therefore, I have decided to do the magazine for my project. I am no t pick to the magazine just because the software is easier for me to use. I truly  believe  that I will be able to create an amazing product if I do the magazine, rathe r than the movie.  This is because I think I am better at stating facts and persuading readers then trying to persuade people through a film.    Some people may think that magazine is not a strong type of media.      Just like the movies, I have never considered how much detail goes into the production of a magazine. It is quite interesting. However, I noticed that all the magazines that we went over in class all share similar patterns and strategy, as they are all attempting to make a successful magazine.      I noticed that one of the most important part of the magazine is the cover. In every magazine that we went over in class had things on the cover that really stand out. For example, magazines like “The Opra Magazine and “Rolling stone” both have celebrities on the front of their magazine. I think that it is a brilliant idea to have a celebrity on the front of your magazine because it is so eye catching and makes audiences want to read the article because someone that they can admire is on the front of it.   I have never taken in how much detail goes into an opening sequence of a movie. It is amazing how much the artist of the opening sequence puts forth into it to make a great first impression of the movie. I can now see that the opening sequence is one of the most important parts of a movie because it gives a first impression of what the movie is about, and in a lot of cases, the audience is able to make a general opinion on the movie before it even starts. The article “First Frames: Titles in the Digital Realm” states that title design was first pioneered back in the 1950s. This is impressive to me because the fact that they were started all the way back in 1950 shows just how important the opening scene of a movie is.
